Throughout history, people have complained about the companies they do business with. Until the Internet came along, those gripes were directed at small groups of family, friends and co-workers.

Now That's What I Call Music: The Social Networks

Well, I have personally used Last.fm for many years to get musical inspiration.

But Last.fm is not the only one on the web... and in many peoples opinion far from the best one.

But I like it and still uses it - but also a couple of others.
